Laurel Vista Living

My latest transformation is located northeast of Seattle on a quiet street in a sweet neighborhood called Laurel Vista. It has lovely territorial views as well as a view of Queen Anne hill and our iconic space needle. This home has a wonderful street appeal – transitional modern is what I like to call the style. It is a perfect family home!

Fresh updated interiors, big windows letting in lots of light, big doors to the backyard, clean and bright kitchen, lovely master suite, and more! It has a big new deck in back with a beautifully landscaped yard. I am so excited to share all about the materials we used, the colors we chose for the home, before and after pics as well as some tips we learned from this project. Thanks to all who have already checked in with questions on these topics.
