Obsessed with Outdoor Covered Spaces

I absolutely love the growing trend of covered outdoor spaces. Rain or shine these areas just add so much style (and square footage) to your home. In the last year, we have been busy with three projects that have included these spaces, adding value and a unique vibe to each home.

At my recent project in Laurelhurst, we incorporated an outdoor space for lounging, dining, and entertaining. With the addition of a beautiful stacked stone gas fireplace, an outdoor heater and TV this space will be usable most of the year. (Even in rainy Seattle!) Choosing to vault the roof over the lounging area, we kept the area open over the eating space. Created on an elevated deck this fun entertaining space feels like a bit of a tree house. Who wouldn’t love that?!

Make this beautiful addition to your home – you won't regret it.

If you have been eyeing this trend of creating outdoor rooms – let your mind go wild and see how you can incorporate it into your own home. Definitely less expensive than an interior add-on, it may change the whole dynamic of your home. Bring the outside in! It is truly the best of both worlds!

Here is some inspiration for you from our project!
