Today is an exciting day; my exterior paint plan was due to my painter! The wheels are in motion and there’s no turning back. I am so thrilled because this is the major design opportunity I have been waiting for - no dreaming about - for the past year. We are definitely transitioning this Traditional Tudor to Modern Brick Home with a bold exterior paint plan. And, the modern vibe doesn’t stop there!
Calling in my paint order, serious business.
What's been trending in newer homes for the past few years is painting bricks white with sidings a darker color. But, painting the brick white and the siding black on a Traditional Tudor is a game changer, a style changer, a big shout out that I am bringing new to the old and it will not end at the front door!

Take a look at our latest project! Close your eyes and visualize white brick and black siding. (Pictures coming soon once the painting happens! ) I chose – Benjamin Moore Simply White & Sherwin Williams Iron Ore as the final paint favorites after narrowing down from a gazillion to six, then four, then two. Now that the painting is in progress, I can’t wait to take this Traditional Tudor to Modern Brick Home.
